Summary
As a General Manager at Aerocom, you will oversee all operations within our company, ensuring that we deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of Design, service, safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of quality.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Supervise staff, providing training and support to promote a positive work environment.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational flow.
Monitor financial performance, preparing reports for upper management.
Requirements
Proven experience in company management or a similar role within the service industry.
Report to the Managing Director
Manage monthley pay role and work with Sage 50
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team culture
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
