Monitor financial performance, optimise operational efficiency, and control costs effectively.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality in food production and presentation.

Experience
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
