We need a Second General Manager for our team, due to massive interest and bookings from our social media presence!

After a stunning transformation, The Brewery Inn is ready to throw open its doors -- and the locals can't wait. This much?loved village landmark has been given a fantastic facelift, blending its historic charm with a fresh, welcoming style that's made for memorable moments.

We're looking for a driven and motivated General Manager who shares our passion for fantastic food, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. You'll help lead our brand?new team to create a place where regulars feel at home, visitors feel like locals, and every plate and pint is served with pride.

About the Role

As General Manager you will lead and inspire our team from day one, with assistance from our deputy managers. You'll play a key role in:

- Running smooth, efficient shifts that keep guests happy and the team motivated.

- Upholding our high standards for food, drink, and service.

- Supporting staff training, development, and wellbeing.

- Driving sales and ensuring compliance with all operational and safety requirements.

- Being a visible, hands?on leader who leads by example.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.

- A genuine love for great food, drink, and guest service.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and unite a team.

- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.

- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods.
