The Greenhouse is a busy themed cocktail bar and restaurant in Bridgnorth High Street, dedicated to delivering exceptional drinking and dining experiences. Our mission is to provide high-quality food and delicious fun themed drinks, outstanding service while engendering a true team spirit.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Develop and implement menu items that reflect current trends. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary. Handle customer enquiries through our various social media channels and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Prepare reports on restaurant performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bar or Restaurant Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with stock ordering and cost control.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 37,000.00-40,000.00 per year
