We're building something special--and we want a General Manager who treats the business as if it were their own. You'll have significant support from our Head Office, Area Manager and Directors, and the autonomy to shape standards, people and performance.
What you'll lead (key responsibilities)
Full venue ownership across service, standards, and compliance--ensure a guest experience that's memorable every time
Commercial leadership: P&L, forecasting, cost control (GP/wage%), rota's, stock, suppliers, and menu profitability
People: hire, train, coach and performance-manage FOH/BOH teams; build a positive, accountable culture
Operations: deliver smooth shifts, uphold H&S/food safety/licensing, and keep the site immaculate
Marketing & community: plan local activations, partnerships and campaigns to drive footfall and repeat visits
Reporting: clear weekly KPIs and actions; work with senior leadership on targets and growth plans
What great looks like (about you)
Ambitious, driven, proactive--naturally takes initiative and thinks like an owner
Minimum 2 years' experience managing a food & beverage venue or an accomplished Assistant Manager ready to step up
Track record of lifting guest satisfaction, team performance and site profitability
Confident with budgeting/P&L, rota planning, stock control and supplier management
Strong recruiter and trainer--hires for attitude, trains for skill
Cool head under pressure; excellent communication and guest-first mindset
Desirable: business development & local marketing experience; Personal Licence
