We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking General Manager to lead

Key Responsibilities




As General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across all areas of the hotel. You will:

Lead, inspire, and empower a high-performing management team and wider workforce to deliver operational excellence. Drive sustained commercial and financial performance, consistently meeting and exceeding business targets. Shape and deliver the hotel budget and sales strategy, identifying innovative opportunities to maximise revenue and grow market share. Apply strong business acumen and deep knowledge of the commercial and financial drivers of hotel success. Champion a culture of service excellence, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, industry-leading customer scores, and a strong online reputation. Anticipate opportunities and challenges, developing strategies to maintain resilience and competitive advantage. Build on the hotel's reputation within the community while positioning Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa as a premier destination for leisure, spa, events, and dining.

You are a commercially astute and highly motivated hospitality leader with a proven track record of delivering financial results and operational excellence. You will bring:

Demonstrable success in driving commercial and financial performance within a hotel or complex multi-faceted operation. Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and unite teams across all departments. Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of the financial and operational drivers of hotel performance. Experience in managing diverse operations such as Meetings & Events, Leisure, and Spa. The ability to deliver against budgets and sales strategies while identifying innovative opportunities to maximise revenue. A passion for building a culture of service excellence, driving guest satisfaction, and enhancing online reputation. A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
