Creams Croydon is looking to recruit an

energetic, passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager

. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, motivated leader to take the helm of one of London's busiest dessert destinations.

As a

Creams General Manager

, you'll be the driving force behind our team, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience while overseeing all aspects of store operations. We're looking for someone with a strong track record in hospitality, a love of desserts, and a real passion for people.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience

as a Restaurant or Cafe Manager in a high-volume setting Proven ability to deliver

exceptional customer service

and operational excellence Strong leadership skills to

coach, motivate and inspire

your team Excellent understanding of

labour scheduling, cost of sales, and budget management

Commercial mindset, able to

control costs and maximise profitability

A natural people-person with an

outgoing, fun and professional

approach Flexibility to work

late nights, weekends and holidays

(store closes 12am Mon-Thurs, 3am Fri-Sun) Experience in a branded environment is highly desirable

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading from the front, managing daily store operations Recruiting, training, and developing your team to deliver a legendary customer experience Monitoring and managing

labour costs, sales margins, and inventory budgets

Upholding brand standards, food safety and hygiene regulations Driving performance through team engagement and structured development Collaborating closely with our Cluster Manager to achieve set targets and consistently position the store as a top performer within the brand.
