Position Overview:


The Manager will initially play a crucial role in running day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the business and maintaining effective communication with the owners. You will be responsible for handling invoicing, account management, and supporting the implementation of office processes, including working with Xero accounting software. This could ultimately grow into a wider role to include sales, marketing and building new business relationships to increase profitability and product lines.

Key Responsibilities:



Invoicing & Account Management:

Manage invoicing and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Handle customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records using xero accounting software or equivalent. Work closely with management to track and report on key financial data.

Office Management & Administration:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing stock, supplies and ensuring a productive and organized workspace. Assist in scheduling meetings, trade shows, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed. Ad-hoc tasks to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency within the office. Assist in developing and refining office protocols, particularly around invoicing and account management.

Marketing:

Build up support with existing customers and generate new outlets. Organise trade events, product tastings and media launches. Manage PR, social media presence and influencer collaborations. Lead promotional campaign showcasing the health and flavour benefits.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Xero accounting software or similar accounting tools. Experience with invoicing, financial record-keeping, and account management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to contribute to the growth of a new and exciting business. Experience in sales and marketing.
