General Manager - Padel Club

3 Padel is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at our new opening padel court in Derby. If you have a passion for sport, strong leadership skills, and a knack for building thriving communities, we want to hear from you! You will already be familiar with Padel and we will coach you to be a level 2 qualified coach.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day club operations, including staff management, scheduling, and facility maintenance Drive membership growth and retention through exceptional customer experience Develop and execute marketing strategies, events, and partnerships Manage budgets, financial reporting, and profitability targets Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and club policies

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sports or hospitality management (padel/tennis club experience is a plus) Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Sales and marketing acumen with a results-driven mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A genuine passion for sport, health, and community building

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year
