Job Description

We are currently looking for a General Manager to work at Fat Cat Derby to run the bar and other aspects of the business, in order to help our business grow. Reporting to the Operational Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the Bar and Restaurant. Our successful General Manager must be hands on and lead by example demonstrating the ability to motivate and lead a team. Ideally, the General Manager will come from a fast paced, branded background.

You will oversee an enthusiastic and hard-working team delivering a quality service to a high standard. The General Manager will have strong leadership and training skills, high standards and a sound knowledge of the industry.
