General Manager Designate
to join our leadership team -- someone eager to learn, develop, and take on their own venue in the near future.
The Role:
This is a
developmental leadership role
designed for a driven and capable manager who wants to grow into full venue ownership.
As
General Manager Designate
, you'll work
across our three venues
, supporting operations wherever the business needs arise. You'll gain a deep understanding of how each site runs, learning all aspects of the business -- from team leadership and financial management to compliance and customer experience.
Over time, you'll take on increasing levels of responsibility, preparing to become the General Manager of your own venue within our group.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations across multiple late-night venues.
Take ownership of key business areas and ensure smooth running during service.
Learn and apply company standards, processes, and best practices.
Lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Manage staff rotas and ensure efficient resource planning.
Handle cash and financial procedures accurately.
Uphold all licensing, health & safety, and company compliance standards.
About You:
We're seeking a
motivated hospitality professional
with proven management experience -- ideally from a bar, club, or late-night background. You'll be hands-on, confident under pressure, and ready to grow with a business that values dedication and initiative.
You will have:
Experience managing teams in a
hospitality or nightlife setting
.
Strong
leadership and communication
skills.
A track record in
rotaring, cash handling, and operational management
.
A proactive mindset with the desire to
develop into a General Manager
role.
Resilience and enthusiasm for late-night operations -- this is not for the faint-hearted!
