Bar Manager Vacancy

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team at a busy pub in

Doncaster

. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of managing a busy bar environment with food service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction Manage and train bar staff, ensuring high standards of performance Maintain stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure an excellent guest experience Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including licensing laws Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and drink service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage budgets, stock, and staff rotas
