Established in 2001. Due to recent growth of our business in 2025, we present a unique Management career opportunity for an experienced and qualified Beauty Therapist / Hair Stylist who feels it time for them to progress into a challenging role with Annual Salary upto 28,000

You must have a proven passion for all things Hair & Beauty, have the right personality to manage our team and show an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction and the best needs of the business.

Basic Requirements: -

Fully qualified to at least Level 3 Hairdressing/Beauty Therapy (both would be highly beneficial). Supervisory, Management training. NVQ Internal Verifier, Education & Training would be a distinct advantage. Confident, competent, creative and ambitious, ideally holding extra specialist certifications within the Hair & Beauty industry. Willingness to develop your own skills and experience by attending further internal or external training arranged by us Assist, support and mentor our Apprenticeship colleagues as needed. Duties also include but are not limited to reception, retail and marketing promotions, managing stock levels and displays, targeting, purchasing, payroll etc. and ensuring continuous cleaning occurs to the highest levels of hygiene. (Think Salon but with a 'Food Hygiene Rating of 5) Full one to one manager training will be provided to the right person by the Owner Knowledge and experience with Envision or Fresha style dashboards along with Elemis, OPI, Wella / System Professional and Australian Gold products and services would be highly beneficial Full time role and you must be available to work Saturday's and 3 evenings a week until 8pm Must have excellent attitude, ambition, be self driven and motivated. With excellent communication skills with clients and your colleagues.
