About Hub Students
Hub Students was formed by owners, for owners in 2024 and currently manages 507 ensuite bedrooms across 113 HMO properties, exclusively for students in Dundee.
Originally opening in 2006, The Hub has maintained consistently strong occupancy, a loyal returning resident base, and an unbeatable central location. Our motto reflects who we are:
"Affordable, perfectly located student accommodation in Dundee. We are Hub Students Dundee - and we offer comfort, security, and great value."
We are now entering a new and exciting phase of reinvestment. In 2024 we launched the largest lifecycle refurbishment programme in our history, upgrading flats, buildings and resident spaces to future-proof our offering. As General Manager, you will play a key role in project oversight, contractor management, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget - while protecting student experience throughout.
We are proud to support local contractors, suppliers, and trades wherever possible.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially-minded General Manager to lead our operations, people and resident experience at Hub Students Dundee. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, team development, health & safety compliance, budget control, and resident satisfaction.
You will work directly with the Directors, contributing to commercial decisions, operational strategy, and long-term planning to ensure The Hub remains the first-choice accommodation provider for students in Dundee.
