General Manager - Restaurant

We're a well-established, vibrant venue looking for an experienced

General Manager

to take charge of our Front of House operations.

The Role

As

General Manager

, you'll be at the heart of our management team, ensuring the smooth running of our busy pub and restaurant.
You'll be

welcoming and looking after customers

, helping to

train, motivate, and lead

our brilliant bar and waiting team,

managing busy services

, and

overseeing special events

.

You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in the creative side of things -- from

choosing which beers go on tap

, to

selecting new gins and wines

, and helping decide

what events to run

.

It's a role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys having a genuine influence on the business.

You'll also take responsibility for

stock control, ordering, and inventory management

, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency across the venue.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years' experience

in a senior hospitality management role Proven ability to

lead, inspire, and support a team

Strong understanding of

stock management and operational procedures

Excellent

communication, leadership, and organisational

skills A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and service A genuine

passion for hospitality

and creating memorable guest experiences
