Duties
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a fantastic experience.
Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality within the restaurant.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to maximise profitability.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on hospitality standards, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special offerings that enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within restaurants.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
