Job Description

We are Two Magpies Bakery, an award-winning company with sites across Suffolk and Norfolk. In recent years we have expanded from 1 cafe to 10 and 2 production units. As we continue to grow we are looking to recruit an experienced General Manager to join our Framlingham team.

The role will be predominantly day times and you will support the senior management team whilst running the day to day operations of the cafe & restaurant. High standards must be met and maintained in your absence.

The role in more detail:-

Oversee and manage the cafe team (front and back of house) on the day to day operations Maintain standards of service, training, health and safety and cleanliness Encourage and maintain a happy, motivated and productive team Control finances of the site, to include sales, labour and ordering Recognise, reward, and celebrate success and lead your team to do the same Identify talent and focus on internal development and growth, balanced with bringing in the very best external talent where required Empower your team to consistently deliver and improve the guest experience Drive compliance of brand standards to ensure the cafe is safe, clean, and set up to deliver an exceptional guest experience
You will deliver excellent customer service, adopt a 'can do' attitude and have an excellent eye for detail. You will have experience managing a team and keeping your team motivated & happy whilst working in a fast paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 34,000.00-36,000.00 per year
