Job Description
General Manager required for a busy high end gastro pub near West Malling. The pub serves fresh food all cooked to a great standard. The property has a range of clients using the building and is a well known restaurant and pub in the area. 125/200 covers on Saturdays and 250 covers on a Sunday. The general manager will ensure the high standards of the establishment. As General manager you will run the establishment, reporting into the Director. You will ensure everything runs smoothly within the operation. You will have responsibility for the day to day operation of the property. You will drive the business forward to the next level. This role will include all the normal General manager duties. We are looking for a manager with previous experience as a General Manager, Food & Beverage Manager or a Restaurant Manager, experience of running a gastro pub. You will have high standards and great at motivating a team.

Salary; 35,000
