We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to oversee our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. You will be responsible for the overall management of daily operations, including food preparation, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards throughout all aspects of the business.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served. Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Keeping an eye on budgets, performance and business growth opportunities Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure seamless food production. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients at competitive prices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development. Previous experience in waiting and bartending is essential, cocktail experience is advantageous Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
