We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on team management and exceptional customer service. Duties



Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff in culinary techniques, bartending skills, and customer service excellence. Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed to support the kitchen team during peak hours. Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and improve service quality. Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among staff members. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Prepare reports on operational performance, including sales figures, staffing needs, and customer feedback.

Requirements



Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is essential. Experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: 33,000.00-34,500.00 per year
