live-music venue and late-night bar
, bringing high-energy gigs, quality drinks, and standout hospitality together under one roof. We're now looking for an experiencedGeneral Manager
to lead the team and drive the venue forward.The Role
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the full day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experience during both live shows and bar service. You'll lead and develop your team, manage operational standards, and drive the commercial success of the venue.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' GM experience
in amusic-led venue
or high-volume late-night environment Proven track record in team leadership, training, and building strong culture Confident managinglive entertainment operations
, schedules, artist liaison, security and crowd management Strong understanding of stock control Ability to deliver exceptional service in fast-paced, high-energy environments Personal Licence holder preferred (but not essential)What We Offer
