Launching a trendy new pub & karaoke bar (5 private rooms) in East London! We're creating a vibrant destination for great drinks, bites, and karaoke. Seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive success in this exciting location.

The Role:

Lead all aspects of our new East London pub & karaoke bar. Responsibilities include team management, operations, financial performance, customer experience, and ensuring a fantastic karaoke atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the team. Manage daily operations and ensure efficiency. Oversee financial performance and budgets. Drive exceptional customer experiences. Manage karaoke room bookings and atmosphere. Ensure compliance and safety standards. Implement marketing strategies relevant to East London.

What We're Looking For:

Proven General Manager experience in a London hospitality setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent operational and financial acumen. Passion for customer service and creating a fun environment. Experience with bar and/or entertainment venues preferred. Understanding of the East London market. Personal Licence holder (or willing to obtain).
