Located in the heart of Penclawdd, Rake & Riddle is home to three unique brands: The Welsh House, Cattle & Co Smokehouse, and Salvatore's Pizzeria. Together, they offer a diverse hospitality experience, from traditional Welsh dining to bold smokehouse flavours and authentic stone-baked pizza.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the team across all three brands at our Penclawdd site. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the venues, maintaining excellent service standards, and driving both sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations across all three brands on site Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve consistently high standards Manage budgets, payroll, stock, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance, health and safety, and food hygiene standards are upheld at all times Monitor performance and introduce strategies to improve results Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business within the local community Implement promotions and revenue-generating initiatives
About You
You will be a confident leader with proven hospitality management experience, ideally across multi-site or high-volume venues. With excellent organisational and communication skills, you'll have the ability to inspire your team while keeping a close eye on performance, standards, and profitability.
