Tapton Park Golf Course (Chesterfield) & Derby Golf Course
Skip the politics. Lead with impact. Build something that matters.
Tired of endless committee meetings and member politics? Ready to run golf operations the way they should be run: with professional leadership, clear direction, and a team that actually wants to win?
Link Golf UK is reshaping how golf is managed in the UK, and we need a General Manager who's ready to make their mark across two dynamic venues: Tapton Park Golf Course in Chesterfield and Derby Golf Course.
What makes Link Golf UK different
No committees. No politics. Just professional management.
We're not a traditional members' club. We're a forward-thinking organisation built by golf industry professionals who got tired of the old way of doing things. You'll have the authority to make decisions, implement changes, and see results without navigating member committees or late-night political battles.
Real support, not lip service.
You'll work with a national team that actually understands golf operations because they've lived it. When you need resources, backing, or advice, you'll get it from people who've stood where you're standing.
Room to grow with a national group.
This isn't a dead-end role. Link Golf UK is expanding, and strong performers move up.
