We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the culinary and hospitality sectors, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence while fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring high standards of safety and quality are maintained.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure adequate stock for drink production.
Foster a culture of teamwork, encouraging collaboration among staff to achieve common goals.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction is prioritised.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on cocktail techniques, hospitality skills, and safety practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and menu offerings.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the culinary or hospitality industry.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
