Job Description

The Mayfair Harrogate are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our new establishment.

The General Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating
all aspects of the business , including the culinary and restaurant
departments. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills and
a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all operations including maintenance, food
and beverage departments
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the business
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize
costs
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff members
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a
timely manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout
the business
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, ensure food
quality, and manage inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of
goods and services
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote the venue and attract new
customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a
team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in management
- Knowledge of bartending techniques
