We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and production. Manage and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients are sourced efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to minimise waste. Implement training programmes for staff to enhance culinary skills and hospitality service. Handle customer inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within the culinary or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Proficient in food preparation techniques, with a passion for culinary excellence. Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of making strategic decisions under pressure. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food production processes. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve operational goals.

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
