The Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to take the reins of our opening and ongoing operations. You'll be the face of SALT, driving service standards, team culture, and financial performance while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's opening and daily operations. Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional service. Ensure outstanding guest experiences and maintain high standards of hospitality. Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost controls. Build strong relationships with local suppliers and the community. Collaborate with the culinary team to showcase Jersey's best land and sea produce. Drive marketing initiatives and strategic growth to position SALT as a leading dining destination.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in high-end hospitality. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management. Passion for local cuisine and sustainability. Ability to create a positive, high-performance team culture.
