General Manager - Quick service
Fulltime Position
Unit Manager required for an Asian / Hong Kong food & Drink concept, this is a growing concept in London and they are looking for a unit manager. They are looking for a candidate with an understanding of Hong Kong brands, to make it as authentic as possible. The company has a massive focus on a great working environment, team work, working as a team. They offer free food for the staff from the concept as well as team socials, including Karaoke nights and other socials. This is a growing concept in London, which is really on trend at the moment with Hong Kong & Asian brands really taking off in the capital.
The role
As a Unit Manager will report into the owners and will oversee the day to day running of this fast service Food/Drink concept. You will ensure everything runs smoothly, that the concept is authentic to the Asian/Hong Kong concept, the customers leave delighted and return. As a manager you will ensure the operation runs smoothly, that the H&S is all recorded, that the tills are cashed up correctly, the team are motivated and that everything runs smoothly. You will also ensure the brand standards and trade standards are to the required levels. This role will include all the standard Unit Manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Manager with a great understanding of food or drink concepts in Hong Kong, China, Japan, South Korea or other Asian countries. You will also have management skills and be brand focused. You must be great at motivating a team, making customers happy and being a team player
