What you will be doing

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for growing the potential in each one of your team members, giving them the tools and support they need to thrive. And you'll ensure the smooth and efficient running of your whole site, with a big picture view on continuous improvement.



About you

At EMR, we give new life to unwanted materials. Every year, we recycle 10 million tonnes of metals and plastics, saving 19 million tonnes of carbon from entering the Earth's atmosphere, diverting waste from landfill and protecting resources and habitats.
