What You'll Do

Take full ownership of the site's performance -- from sales growth to customer satisfaction. Lead, develop, and inspire your team to deliver consistently exceptional service. Drive community engagement and creative events that make BrewDog Hull the go-to spot for craft beer and good times. Deliver on KPIs, control costs, and ensure compliance across all operations. Work closely with the Tokyo Industries family to bring innovative ideas and a strong local presence to life.

What We're Looking For

A proven track record in bar or restaurant management -- ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A natural leader who thrives in a hands-on, guest-focused role.Financial and operational know-how -- you understand that numbers matter, but so does team culture. Someone with personality: confident, creative, and unafraid to bring their own flair to the BrewDog ethos.
