Role Overview
Strategic Planning and Coordination
: Collaborate with department managers to create detailed annual plans aligned with long-term goals for profitability, productivity, and market development.
Departmental Organisation and Recruitment
: Establish department structures, headcount, job roles, and oversee recruitment to meet objectives effectively.
Control Systems and Policies
: Develop and implement control systems, key performance standards, and operating policies for areas like pricing, customer service, and warranties.
Monitoring and Adjustments
: Continuously monitor internal and external factors (market trends, competitor actions) and adjust plans accordingly to ensure objectives are met.
Financial Oversight and Communication
: Manage financial information, conduct monthly reviews, and ensure security, effective communication, and adherence to health and safety policies.
