About Us:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our hospitality operations, ensuring every event is a memorable success.

Typical Responsibilities:

Total operational management and control of the clubhouse Management of all Bars and Catering activities Stock control and gross profit percentage management of all Bars and Catering activities Ordering and purchasing of all stock for Bars and Catering activities Management of all Bars and Catering staff - both full-time, part-time and casual Recruitment, retention and training of all staff in Bars and Catering operations Management of bar and cellar activities Management of bar stock management/EPOS system activities All Bars and Catering banking and cash handling activities Regular reporting to Executive Board of Bars and Catering activities/performance Maintain high standards of clubhouse cleanliness Involvement in production of Bar and Catering Budget and regular re-forecasting Organise private functions and special events as required Ensuring H&S compliance in all areas of the clubhouse Ensuring compliance with appropriate licensing laws

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a hospitality management role, preferably in a sports or events environment.

Skills:

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Customer Focus:

Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Education:

Relevant degree or diploma in hospitality management, event management, or a related field is desirable.
