We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and hospitality industry, with proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Manage and supervise kitchen and front of house staff, ensuring effective team management and training. Implement and maintain food safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate food production to ensure efficient service. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of hospitality. Prepare reports on operational performance, including financial metrics and staff productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food production and service processes. Previous experience in hotel or barista settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.

Pay: 12.21-17.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
