General Manager - Live in

We're looking for a General Manager for the Ship Inn in Noss Mayo, near Plymouth. This pub has arguably one of the best views in the country, and is nestled on the banks of the Yealm Estuary. The pub is first and foremost a fantastic community pub but its reputation expands far beyond that, as guests travel from all over Devon and beyond to sample its daily-caught fresh seafood dishes and soak up the sun by the river with a glass of wine. We're looking for a people-focused General Manager with fresh food experience who is passionate about delivering incredible premium hospitality to our guests, as we look to increase the profile of this fantastic destination food pub! Fresh food experience is essential.
