General Manager

you will bring your experience to the table, leading your team to be the best in town. You will meet and maintain our exceptional standards of punctuality, dependability and flexibility, to create the unforgettable moments that our guests deserve. And you'll do it with flair!

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

WHAT YOU'LL DO & WHO YOU'LL BE?

Use your management expertise to oversee the fast-paced bar and food service operation. Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink and service to be proud off, each and every day Spark your team's passion for delivering the best customer experience possible by creating a brilliant customer journey Maximise key performance indicators by driving the team, striving for the highest standards that keep our guests coming back Have an engaged, genuine personality with a passion for success - always leading by example Be proactive and take responsibility for your own personal development Work closely with our central support teams, including Marketing, to build and maintain relationships with all major stakeholders of the business Ensure compliance and Health and Safety regulations are carried out across the restaurant, whilst caring for employee and customer welfare at all times Have a strong commercial awareness and understanding of budgets, profitability from driving sales and improved ways of working
