Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Drag Queen Cabaret Showbar/Restaurant . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food and hospitality industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee bookings and packages and confirm all bookings both verbally and electronically prior to attendance. Manage and supervise kitchen staff, floor, bar and entrainment staff ensuring effective team management and performance. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Provide training and support to staff on hospitality practices, and customer service. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience within the establishment.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and production. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations. Previous experience in hotel or barista environments is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for delivering excellent service within the hospitality industry.
