hands-on, creative General Manager

to help us keep growing.

About the Role

This is a

VERY hands-on role

.
You'll be on the floor, behind the bar, hyping the crowd, supporting your team, and

driving the business

. No clipboard managers here. We want someone with

ideas

full-throttle personality

You will:

Run busy shifts with confidence, humour & calm(ish) chaos management Create and schedule fun, engaging

daily/weekly social content

(TikTok/Instagram/Facebook) Drive

theme nights, events, collabs & promotions

(this is the fun bit!) Manage small bar team rotas, stock, ordering & training Make every guest feel like they've just arrived on holiday Push revenue, track growth & take pride in smashing targets

marketing, social media content & event ideas

Someone who can turn "quiet Wednesday" into "weekly must-attend ritual" Good with people (the fun and spicy ones) Confident running a shift, closing a venue & leading a team Calm under pressure - even when Becky's crying and someone's dropped a fishbowl glass

Hours

Wed-Sun (35 hours/week)

-- mostly evenings/weekends Monday & Tuesday are your days to recover, exfoliate, & gossip with your hairdresser
