We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our flagship live music pub in Camden. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards drink let venues. We are looking for someone with a passion for Dj events and Camden.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and direction of cocktail bars
-- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively
- Train and develop staff in culinary skills, bartending, and customer service
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and work towards achieving revenue targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
