More about your role



We are looking to recruit a General Manager on a permanent basis.



Based across our sites in South Kensington, Battersea and White City you will be responsible for building an integrated plan to improve the customer experience - driving forward continuous improvement across the residential management operation.



Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will over the see the facilities management services across the site using in-house staff and specialist sub-contractors as required.



More about you



On a daily basis, you will ensure that the project obligations and service level agreements are met in a timely fashion by efficiently and effectively managing staff and resources under your control. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and have a background within hard services. Project Management experience and a knowledge of statuary compliance in addition to health and safety regulations is also desired.



The successful candidate will have:


Experience leading/ managing teams, A proven track record of Hard Services, Project Management skills, Experience adhering to SLAs and knowledge of health and safety regulations, Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
