Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all the Restaurant Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Food industry, food safety, and management. LEADERSHIP is Key.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, including food preparation, service, and customer relations

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall efficiency

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional service

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

- Oversee Floor operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential

- Strong knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and restaurant operations

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proficient in food safety standards and regulations

- Exceptional organisational and communication skills

- A HANDS-ON approach with a keen eye for detail

- Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
