General Manager

to lead the team at our

Westfield White City

parlour. Known for our innovative ice cream rolls and unforgettable customer experiences, Pan-n-Ice is a growing brand with big ambitions - and we want you to be part of the journey!

About the Role

As the Parlour General Manager, you'll take charge of all aspects of our parlour's operation. From driving sales and managing costs to ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance, you'll be the driving force behind the success of your store. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, vibrant environment that requires creativity, leadership, and a passion for people.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of passionate individuals to deliver outstanding service and product quality. Take ownership of all operational aspects, including staffing, stock management, and compliance. Drive sales and ensure the parlour meets performance targets. Champion the Pan-n-Ice brand by creating a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for customers and team members. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety. Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, profit margins, and reporting.

About You

We're looking for a proactive, dynamic leader who:

Has previous management experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-focused environment. Thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys hands-on leadership. Is passionate about delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Has excellent communication and organisational skills. Understands financial metrics and is confident in managing budgets and costs. Is adaptable, resilient, and ready to roll up their sleeves when needed.
