General Manager

to lead our team and help us continue delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management. Train, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflows. Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Manage customer flow, sales reporting, and basic financial tracking. Lead our team to deliver outstanding food preparation, baking, and serving during peak hours as needed. Develop strategies to boost sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience. Its all about our people and we need a strong people orientated manager with tons of personality

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant management role Must be hands on, at peak shoulder to shoulder with your team is a must. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. We operate during the day so no late nights!
