We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic and driven General Manager to lead our Holborn venue. If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
The Role:
As the General Manager of our Holborn venue, you will take full responsibility for the performance, operations, and overall success of the site. You will lead from the front, motivating and guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day to day operations.
You'll play a key role in creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere where both customers and team members feel valued and inspired. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving business performance, maintaining high standards, and cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
This role requires flexibility and commitment, including late nights.
Key responsibilities:
Train and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Maximise venue performance through strategic planning, effective cost control, and proactive revenue generation.
Take full accountability for the venue's Profit & Loss, managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with accuracy and insight.
Ensure every guest receives a memorable experience by setting and maintaining high service standards.
Foster an inclusive, energetic, and supportive working environment that motivates and retains top talent.
Uphold all health & safety, licensing, and operational standards in line with regulatory and company requirements.
Work closely with the wider leadership team to contribute to the development and execution of business strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
About you:
You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality.
You bring strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
You're highly efficient with outstanding planning, organisational, and administrative abilities.
You excel in communication and collaboration, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You have a solid understanding of the industry and stay up to date with current trends and best practices.
You're motivated by performance, with a strong determination to meet and exceed targets.
You take initiative, solve problems effectively, and remain calm under pressure - even in challenging situations.
You bring energy, positivity, and fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.
You're confident in handling difficult situations with professionalism and care.
