Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, creative & entrepreneurial General Manager to join and lead our team in our busy restaurant. The right candidate will embrace the autonomy given to run the business. You will have a genuine passion for Thai food and exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will recruit, develop and train your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experience.

Developing, inspiring & leading the best team Taking ownership of HR within the business Promoting a culture of respect which balances guest focus and an enjoyable place to work Being fully accountable for guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development, both FOH and BOH. Strong knowledge of HR and disciplinary procedures Hands on shift management Take ownership of the P&L and take the necessary steps to improve sales & Growth.
