Now, as we prepare to grow, we're looking for a General Manager who wants to grow with us - starting by running our original site. This role is perfect for a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up, or an early-stage GM who's looking to take real ownership in an award-winning, independent restaurant.

The Role

You'll have real influence - shaping service, culture and commercial success. This isn't a clipboard-and-checklist GM role. We want someone who leads with care and thinks commercially and creatively - someone who spots opportunities and takes action, not just keeps things ticking.




You'll lead both FOH and BOH, reporting directly to our founders, and be trusted to drive performance across people, profit and guest experience. Expect to spend time developing the team, building strong guest connections, and taking ownership of performance - analysing flash reports, labour costs and spend per head, and then finding ways to improve.

What You Bring

Experience as a GM or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant Proven ability to lead with care and confidence, lifting those around you Strong understanding of profit & loss and labour management You don't just aim to hit targets - you think about how we can exceed them and improve along the way Calm and proactive under pressure A genuine love for people and hospitality Hungry to learn, grow and be part of something unique
