Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision and team management. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food preparation. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality. Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximise profitability. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in the hospitality industry. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring resolutions are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant premises, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering an outstanding dining experience.
