We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our small food production and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, culinary expertise, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store food production and customer service
- Supervise and support the kitchen staff in meal preparation and cooking
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to guests
- Coordinate with central kitchen for product quality and adjustments
- Oversee the store team
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen and store
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team for efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in customer service, stock take and small food production
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a QSR environment
- Proven track record of successful team management and customer service
