And now, we're growing. With our Soho flagship opening this October and more sites planned for 2026, we're on a mission to make My Favourite Sandwich a London staple.

The Role: General Manager (Soho Opening October 2025)

The General Manager is the heartbeat of My Favourite Sandwich. You'll lead from the front, keeping service sharp, sandwiches exceptional, and energy high. You'll set the tone for the team, create memorable guest experiences, and make sure operations run smoothly.

This isn't just an operational role; it's about being the face and culture of the brand. You'll have real autonomy, the chance to grow with us, and the opportunity to shape the future of MFS.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. Lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver consistent quality and great vibes. Manage and grow our corporate catering and delivery offering across Deliveroo, Feedr, and Just Eat for Business. Take ownership of budgets, stock control, and performance targets. Maintain top-tier standards in food safety, hygiene, and compliance. Drive local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships within the Soho community. Collaborate closely with senior management as we expand across London.

About You

You're an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely cares about people, both your customers and your team. You're hands-on, organised, and can balance running a tight operation with keeping the mood upbeat.

You'll bring:

Proven experience as a General Manager or Store Manager in hospitality (fast-casual or premium QSR ideal). Experience managing catering orders, delivery platforms, and B2B clients. A strong commercial mindset with an eye for detail and quality. A leadership style that motivates, empowers, and creates loyalty. A passion for food, service, and making people's day better, one sandwich at a time.
