Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our multiples sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within restaurant or hotel settings. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for food and service, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations of the restaurant or our other venue, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage food preparation and production processes, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Implement training programmes for staff to enhance culinary skills, hospitality knowledge, and customer service. Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients. Conduct regular inspections of food safety practices in compliance with health regulations. Develop and execute strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Prepare reports on operational performance, including financial metrics and team performance.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality sector, preferably in restaurants or hotels. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Prior experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 36,000.00-42,000.00 per year
